Any interesting or terrible experiences while travelling

For me, Flying is not easy. I still very clearly remember the time when my plane was about to land in Tokyo. What happened to me was my plane was waiting for the turn, but because of the air traffic, I guess, the plane had to hang in the air. I mean the plane had to turn aroud and around, and suddenly, I felt a terrible earache so that I was almost dying. After that, I am quite neverous to get on a plane. What about you?
Any interesting or terrible experiences while travelling?

Hi, Kevin.
Probably I told my classmates in class. Approximately 12 years ago, I was traveling in Europe with two of my friends as a backpacker. In Munich, Germany, we didn't book a youth hostel in advance. When we arrived at Munich station, it was so late at night. We tried several palces including YWCA, but we
couldn't find any. We was just wandering on the street. Then a man was passing by us, in a second he returned to us and asked what's going on. We said... and asked him to let us stay at his house. He said, "One night is ok." We followed him, stayed there. He let us look around his place. He was married and his wife was an elementary school teacher. He met his wife in Brazil while he was traveling there. We thanked him.He said, "in the past when he traveled in foreign countries, he got some help from strangers. So it was nothing." In his house, there were simple and honest things he made such CD case, book case. The very next morning, we woke up and looked at him and his wife, they really looked like
angels. When back to Korea, I wrote a letter with a small token of my appreciation. It was one of the happiest memories

Hmmm. As you know, I havn`t had many chanes to travel.
I remember, 3 years ago, that my family went to Yousung in winter vacation. To visit the musium of science, we had to stay Motel. Next morning, while we were in elevator to go out there, we met the famous table tennis player, Yoo Nam gyu. That was very interesting.

When I was in airport of Mardrid, I was really upset. My wife and I planned to travel from Mardrid to Barcellona by train and then also came back to Mardrid by train. After that, we were gonna fly from Mardrid to Paris. But We changed our schedules. We wanted to directly go to Paris from Barcellona. So we had to change airlines ticket. But in front of the desk of "Eazy Jet", we had to wait almost about 3hours until we changed tickets. It is enough to give us bad images about first visiting of Spain.

Hi, Kevin.
over ten years ago, I backpacked with my friend in India. We didn't prepare anything except buying an airline ticket. We arrived in India at midnight, but we hadn't make a reservation for an accomodation in advance. We just thought we could find a good hotel to sleep after our arrival. When we went out of the airport, some rickshaw drivers were waiting for customers. We told one of them that we wanted to find a cheap and good hotel. However, he answered the cheapest hotel costed over 200,000 won. So, we were very flustered and finally we decided to go to the train station and move to another destination by night train. Unfortunately, there was no night train to go somewhere. We had to wait until the next morning. There was no help. The only thing we could do was sleeping on the floor of the waiting room. Can you imagine that two Korean women sleep on the rice bag(I brought it to use as a mat.) of the floor of the foreign train waiting room among the foreign strangers with a little darker skin?

Hi, Kevin
This January, my family went to Singapore. When airplane was about to land, my older daught started to cry. The same thing happened to her, earpain. She looked terribly painful. After that, I heard that there is a medicine for this symptom. Before getting on a plane, go to see a doctor.
